Mission

Revista de Cercetare si Interventie Sociala (Review of Research and Social Intervention) is a quarterly peer reviewed academic journal which publishes original papers about the theory, methods, and research, practice and conferences presentations about the research in social field. The general goal of RCIS is to present the best work in and about contemporary society and the phenomenon, in order to improve the knowledge base and practice of its readers. Because the field of social reality is diverse, with different intellectual traditions, approaches to practice, research methods and domains of application, the papers published in RCIS will reflect this diversity.


Aim and scope


The journal aims to address social issues from the social perspective of the rapid evolution in today's society and the impact they have on society in general and on various social groups, processes, institutions or systems.

REVISTA DE CERCETARE SI INTERVENTIE SOCIALA aims to promote interdisciplinary social research that addresses the ways in which social, educational, medical and political institutions respond to the needs of people and, at the same time, to the challenges of changing contemporary societies. To be an inspiration, the Journal proposes that each article should include recommendations regarding the interventions proposed by the authors, based on quantitative, qualitative or mixed methods research.
