Abstract:
The spoken word represents the main means of interhuman communication that is why, it is hard to imagine we can stop using it. In organizations, the communication process is the dynamic element of management activity, whose major purpose consists in creating the conditions for psychosocial integration and employees' collaboration at all levels. In order to provide argument for this, it is suffice to refer, for example, at the management decision, underlining the fact that a good adaptation and the success of its execution is inconceivable without an efficient communication between the members of the management team, on one hand, and between them and the employees, on the other hand. The problem is not weather the managers involve themselves in the communication process, but weather they can communicate, weather they succeed, using their message, in communicating the receiver what he wants.
