Abstract:
These papers present some theories of human traffic and present the causes of trafficking from Romania. Also, the author presents the social services developed in Romania for protection of victims trafficked, like: crisis intervention, social assistance for long term and counseling services. For promote the different services in Romania for this target group, the author analyses the different stage or indicators of traffic, that can be utilize like base intervention in each stage. From point of view of author, a solution is articulation of international legislation for preventing the human traffic and common vision about this social problem for all states.
