Abstract:

Romanian labor market represents all interactions between organizational actors implied: government, trade unions and employers. From the beginning until today, the aim of the trade unions were to protect the socio-professional interests of their members. From here results the trade union importance as active organizations and the possibility of perverse effects as consequences of decisions and actions in the labor market field.
