Abstract:

By their condition it is considered that persons with disabilities are among the most vulnerable from our society. The researches have proved this so far. But the experience of victimization is one to complex to be explained only by this variable. By using a questionnaire regarding the victimizational behaviors experienced in the last year, the present study is trying to put face to face the disabled family and the non-disabled family. Results show that the disabled family is more vulnerable to victimization experiences. This opens many areas of future research and raises questions regarding the services delivered to both families. 

Comentarii:

Prin prisma statutului lor, la nivel de simt comun se apreciaza ca persoanele cu handicap sunt printre cele mai vulnerabile din societatea prezenta. Cercetarile realizate in acest domeniu argumenteaza destul de bine aceasta asumptie. Experient a victimizarii este insa una mult prea complexa pentru a putea fi explicata doar prin prisma acestei variabile. Studiul urmator isi propune sa puna fata in fata familia cu handicap cu cea fara handicap in perceptia acelorasi comportamente cu risc victimizator prin intermediul unui chestionar privind situatiile de tip infractional prin care au trecut in ultimul an. Rezultatele arata ca familia fara handicap este mai vulnerabila la experiente de victimizare, ceea ce deschide multiple arii de cercetare ulterioara si ridica intrebari asupra posibilelor servicii oferite celor doua categorii de beneficiari.
