Abstract:
Specialists consider migration to be a globalization effect, which basically gives us the complexity of the phenomenon. The complexity of monitoring is closely related to the degree of complexity of the phenomenon under scrutiny, as well as to its scope. All too often advanced knowledge methods are inefficient absent communication between institutions, specialists, decision makers etc. A unitary type of knowledge is the ideal objective of any attempt in this sense, regardless of its degree of generality.
