Abstract:

This paper presents the development stages in child protection field in Romania from 1990 until 2007 like partnership between NGO-s and governmental organizations. The perspective is that the project of intervention and underlines the importance of innovation in the social services, which promotes the changes in child protection field. The actually system of child protection in Romania is a stage that improve the quality of services based on contracting the services to NGO-s.
