Abstract:
In this study we try to find the abilities of NGO to negotiate with the organizations from business sector to create partnerships. In this case, negotiation require the opportunity for the underlying interests of all partners to be drawn out and discussed in a purposeful way that aims at building consensus and complementarity out of diverse aspirations. This means that partners going through this form of negotiation need to exercise considerable patience, tact and flexibility.
