Abstract:
Changes in the acceptance by epistemological relativism and many levels of reality are transmitted in the social action in the form of new conceptual paradigms Methodological. We identified two such paradigms the Postmodern Deconstruction centered social level to identify the social construction underlying understanding of reality by subjects on the one hand, and another transmodern, re-integrative perspective that focuses on the correlation and interdependence of social subsystems reconstruction social reality. The methodology is centered on the first intervention or subject task centered around the need to change due to a deficiency or failure of social subsystems, in the context of a radical optimism and unconditional trust in a positive human nature and the second part, appreciative methodology, based on the choice appreciative and social context of intervention. The two distinct perspectives generate ways of achieving the floor supervision.
